Julie brings warmth, enthusiasm and humour to her teaching; she also knows my abilities far better than I do and gets me to do things I didn't think were possible!! I love the way Julie will adapt exercises to accommodate my particularities - joints that don't behave. No two lessons are identical either so you are kept on your toes, in more ways than one!! All in all, I love my sessions with Julie - that's why I keep going back!!!

I have practiced quite a lot of pilates with various instructors, and think of my classes with Julie as my "next level" classes. She always challenges me on something, be it balance, core stability, strength, new positions, confidence in my body and the machine..... just when I think I'm getting comfortable there's something new to try. I always feel it in my muscles (in a good way) after a class, which is just what I want from my hour (even if I moan when I'm doing it). A class where you genuinely feel like you hold yourself differently afterwards.

Best way to start a Sunday! Full body reformer with Julie is a great and intense workout, waking up every part of the body, and leaving you stretched and energized. Doing this twice a week changed my life.

Carole is a wonderful pilates teacher. Very attentive, she made sure I had the right posture during each exercise.
